We are hiring Restaurant Managers and Assistant Restaurant Managers who will lead our teams in delivering excellent service, maintaining high-quality food standards, and creating memorable dining experiences for our guests. Successful candidates may be assigned to our branches in Makati, Quezon City, San Juan and Manila City.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day restaurant operations and ensure smooth service flow.
• Motivate and train staff to uphold Ling Nam's high standards.
• Drive sales performance and oversee cost controls.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and cleanliness guidelines.
