Job Description
- Oversee daily restaurant floor operations to ensure excellent service and guest satisfaction.
- Lead, supervise, and support front-of-house staff, including scheduling and training.
- Ensure effective communication between front-of-house, kitchen, and bar teams.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and restaurant ambience.
- Assist with group bookings, functions, and special events.
- Handle guest enquiries, special requests, and complaints professionally.
- Monitor service standards and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hospitality regulations.
