Job Summary
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will lead the Front of House Team to deliver efficient, consistent service in fast-paced restaurants and cafes, supporting team members and ensuring smooth daily operations.

- Perform opening, mid, and closing shift duties to maintain operational standards
