The Restaurant Manager is the face of a communicative and positive front of house team. He/she needs to be a trusted and effective leader who is able to delegate effectively, have a good overview of the ins and outs of daily operations and must also champion the values, ethos and business goals of the company. The position is intended for an upcoming modern Indonesian concept.
Candidates with previous experience in similar concepts will be looked upon favourably.
