- Oversee the daily operations of two restaurants (in the same mall) to ensure excellent customer service, efficient performance, and profitability.
- Manage staff.
- Coordinate front- and back-of-house activities.
- Maintain quality and hygiene standards, and handle budgeting and inventory control.
- Hire and train employees.
- Develop roster scheduling.
- Resolve customer concerns.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Barista & bar skills are a plus.
