Job Description

  • Oversee the daily operations of two restaurants (in the same mall) to ensure excellent customer service, efficient performance, and profitability.
  • Manage staff.
  • Coordinate front- and back-of-house activities.
  • Maintain quality and hygiene standards, and handle budgeting and inventory control.
  • Hire and train employees.
  • Develop roster scheduling.
  • Resolve customer concerns.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Barista & bar skills are a plus.
