Job Description

  • At least 15 years relevant kitchen experience in Western or Italian cuisine dishes with strong knowledge and skills in hand made pizzas, pastas, pasta sauces, meat marination and grills.
  • Menu Planning
  • Able to work on weekend & public holiday
  • Responsible for the smooth running of our Restaurant front line & Kitchen.
  • Manage the restaurant operations including sales, expenses, costing, outlet profitability and kitchen operations.
  • Responsible for menu planning, inventory management, ordering supplies, oversee inventory, stock control, and ensuring that supplies are used efficiently to minimize waste.
  • Supervise, train and oversee front house crews & kitchen crews.
  • Responsible for staff scheduling and labour cost control.
  • Educational background doesn't matter. Experience is more important.
