Responsibilities

• Overseeing day-to-day operations of multiple branches
• Ensuring all SOPs and company standards are strictly followed
• Coordinating and following up with branch managers
• Supporting store teams to meet targets and deliver excellent service
• Reporting directly to upper management and providing regular updates
• Helping implement improvements and training when necessary

Qualifications

• Must have experience in the food industry
• Previously held a managerial position (area supervisor, branch head, etc.)
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Must be 28 years old and above
• Willing to travel between branches
• Trustworthy, proactive, and results-driven
