Your Role

• Lead and coach a team supporting global clients (US, AU, EU)
• Drive performance through KPIs and clear metrics
• Run 1:1s, coaching sessions, and team huddles
• Improve productivity and team engagement
• Partner with Client Success Managers for client outcomes
• Build a high-accountability, non-toxic team culture
