Job Description
We are hiring Retail Customer Service Representatives to assist shoppers with inquiries, purchases, and returns while providing excellent service.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
- Provide product and pricing information
- Assist with orders, returns, and exchanges
- Maintain accurate records of transactions
- Escalate complex issues to supervisors
- Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction standards
Schedule & Training:
- Shifts may include nights, weekends, and holidays
- Paid training on retail systems and processes
Requirements:
- High School or Senior High School graduate (College preferred)
- Strong English communicationCustomer-focused and detail-oriented
- Basic computer and multitasking skills
- Willing to work onsite in Metro Manila
