Job Purpose The Retail Assistant is responsible for delivering an engaging guest experience within the attraction by providing excellent customer service, supporting retail and F&B operations, and ensuring smooth daily store operations in line with brand and operational standards.
Key Responsibilities - Deliver an immersive guest experience in line with brand standards and operational guidelines.
- Provide excellent customer service and support sales and upselling activities.
- Operate the Point-of-Sale (POS) system and process transactions accurately, including cashless payments.
- Support retail operations including stock replenishment, inventory checks, tagging, pricing, and stockroom organisation.
- Prepare and serve beverages and food items (e.g. Butterbeer and snacks) in compliance with food hygiene and safety standards.
- Capture, process, and sell souvenir photographs (training provided).
