Job Description

Job Duties and Responsibilities
  • Serving customers, answering questions, and offering help as needed
  • Training and supervising staff members to ensure excellent customer service
  • Managing inventory levels and ordering products as necessary
  • Compiling daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports in a timely manner
  • Helping to create and implement marketing and promotional activities
  • Assisting the manager in scheduling and assigning tasks to team members
  • Maintaining a clean and organized store environment
  • Collaborating with the manager and staff to meet or exceed sales goals
  • Delegating tasks and responsibilities when necessary
  • Resolving customer complaints and addressing any issues that arise in a timely manner.
