Job Description - To actively promote Xiaomi and Xiaomi partners' products and services, as well as other products and services
- To handle customers' enquiries on products and services
- Serving customers and processing sales transactions
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
- Assess customers’ needs and provide assistance and information on product features
- Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
