The role of the Retail Excellence Trainer is to deliver engaging and inspiring theoretical and practical training for the retail division, support customer events, and engage in promotional activities across key focus doors in the South West and Travel Retail locations.

• Provide training on all NPD, retail services and seasonal GWP’s to maximize sell through.
• Be abreast of new technology, competitors and industry product trends that may be discussed during training delivery.
