Job Description
Responsible for the full leasing function for all retail and storage premises in the development as allocated to the leasing broker,including, inter alia:
- Clean and ensure thorough market knowledge oftrading area (market research, competitors, traders, new and existing competingcentres, etc.)
- Developand manage leasing strategy
- Compileappropriate tenant mix recommendations and all rental and associatedincome assumptions for budgets
- Compileand update lease status reports / leasing schedules
- Attendleasing and project meetings and give feedback and recommendations todevelopers, landlords and property managers
