Make an Impact by Sales Planning and Performance Management - Manpower Planning: Roster staff according to projected Peak and Non-Peak traffic, ensuring adequate capacity on sales floor
- Sales Management: Track store performance, identify gaps and recommend actions to improve results
- Execute in-store sales incentive programme including information dissemination, performance tracking and incentive distribution
- Performance Coaching: Individual and team coaching for frontliners to improve Sales and CE performance
- Gather and escalpate customer / frontline insights to relevant teams for sales process, CE and promo enhancements
