Join Aramark’s Sports & Entertainment team supporting the year round operations of one of the most renowned sporting events in the world—the US Open (USTA). As a Retail Manager, you will play a key leadership role in delivering an exceptional retail experience for thousands of guests who attend Fan Week and the US Open; and support off season e-commerce. This position oversees daily operations for our retail location, ensuring smooth execution, strong merchandising standards, and outstanding guest service. The Retail Manager must ensure efficient operations of the retail store in line with Aramark’s policies, procedures, and client contract.

The Retail Manager coordinates the store’s guest services so that staff members and guests experience a positive impression of the facility. 

The Retail Manager is responsible for overall store merchandising, product inventory, purchasing, e-cmmerce, and other needs to fulfill operations.
