Product Support Associates are the hands-on heroes behind the scenes, making sure our customers receive the outstanding Bob’s experience from the moment they walk in the door to the moment their furniture goes home.


This is a physical, in-store role that requires flexibility, teamwork, and a readiness to support store operations—including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
