About the job:
The Patient Care Pharmacist, within the scope of the Ohio Pharmacist Practice Act, will provide timely, accurate, cost effective, and patient-centric pharmaceutical care.
What we are looking for:
- Education: Bachelor or Doctor of Pharmacy required
- Licensure / Certification: Current license to practice as a Registered Pharmacist in the State of Ohio. Preferred - PGY1 residency or three years of institutional pharmacy experience in an advanced clinical setting
- Effective Communication Skills
- Demonstrates the ability to plan, organize and manage pharmaceutical care, including delegating tasks to and providing direction to other members of the pharmacy team
