Job Description - Industry/ Organization Type: Alkaline water
- Position Title: Retail Sales Associate
- Working Location: 3 rotating locations (Central: Novena & Orchard, West: Jurong East)
- Working Hours: 6 days, 11am-9pm (5 weekdays off each month) – Duty roster
- Salary Package: Basic Up to SGD 3000 + Monthly Commission + AWS + Performance Bonus
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities - Actively engage with shoppers and encourage them to visit the store
- Evaluate customer requirements and offer guidance and details on product benefits
- Deliver outstanding sales service to enhance customer satisfaction
- Establish and maintain trusting relationships with customers
- Exceed expectations to boost sales
- Consistently meet personal sales goals
- Keep designated areas well-stocked and tidy
- Handle point of sale transactions
