Our client is an established retailer in the home furnishing industry with multiple retail showroom locations across Singapore.
We are hiring Retail Sales Executives / Sales Consultants to support showroom sales operations. This role is suitable for candidates with experience in retail sales, showroom sales, or customer service who are motivated by performance incentives and enjoy engaging customers in a consultative sales environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesProvide professional customer service to walk-in showroom customers
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable mattress and bedding products
Achieve individual sales targets through consultative selling, upselling, and cross-selling
Maintain strong product knowledge to support effective sales presentations
Process sales transactions accurately (including Point-of-Sale handling where applicable)
