Duties and Responsibilities HR AND STAFF MANAGEMENT Interviewing candidates for potential store employees Signing of Contracts with new staff members Issuing of Warnings Resolving Issues with Managers and staff Commission Calculations Manage Staff Leave Manage Staff Performance Prepare Staff AOD's for approval, once approved process sale on the system Ensure Company Procedures Manage staff attendance (Arriving on time, at work when scheduled and leave according to roster) STAFF TRAINING Training of Staff in Products / Selling Arranging for Suppliers to train staff on new or existing ranges Implementing new system to make things run more smoothly.
