We're hiring a Retail Territory Supervisor to join our team in the Richmond, VA area! Monday-Friday, weekends off! The Retail Territory Supervisor will report to the Grocery Field Manager and is responsible for effectively managing Retail Merchandisers.     

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Work closely with Central Pet Merchandising Representatives.
Work closely with 3^rd Party Merchandisers and Supervisor.
Drive execution of retail programs in support of annual growth plan and objectives.
Work closely with Grocery Merchandising Supervisors, Store Managers and Receivers on any issues or concerns with service.
Develop relationships with key associates in field management.
Ability to travel within Virginia and West Virginia to visit stores, cover routes, perform remodels.
