The Revenue Generating Marketing Manager is the Field General of the growth engine. This role is responsible for the strategic execution of the Demand Generation Format, which balances the long-term scale of Inbound Attraction with the high-velocity drive of Outbound Outreach. You are tasked with transforming technical value propositions into a consistent stream of high-intent Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs). In this shared service capacity, you must master the dual-narrative of IT Staffing (Human Capital) and NetSuite (Systems/ERP) to ensure both brands maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Objective: To maximize pipeline generation and total opportunity value through high-intent lead capture.
Goals: * Generate a consistent monthly volume of MQLs/SQLs to hit FY 2026 targets.
