Revenue & Reservations Manager

Reporting to: Chief Financial Officer

Role Overview

The Revenue & Reservations Manager is responsible for driving revenue performance and overseeing the reservations function across the business through strategic pricing, inventory management, forecasting, reservations optimisation, and data‑driven decision‑making.

This role is responsible for maximising accommodation revenue performance while ensuring an exceptional reservations experience for guests. The position oversees revenue optimisation for accommodation and supports ancillary revenue opportunities through effective commercial and reservations management.

The role works cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Front Office, and Operations to ensure alignment between commercial strategy, reservations execution, and guest experience.
