Our client is a worldwide well-known and highly respected brand in the electronics industry. With expansion to their business, there is an opportunity for a Reverse Logistics Supervisor to join the Sydney team. 

Duties and Responsibilities:

RLI Team supervision – Operations, Inspection & Compliance

Return tracking management – inbound volumes, escalations and resolutions (inc wrong stock process), & reporting

Support compliant disposal of both RLI and Non RLI products & assets

Disposal management planning. Weekly stock scrapping activities, including Virtual GR & Scrap programs

Support & manage C-Sales program planning, execution & support

Supervise & report on Compliance checks on Samsung products labels as part of audit requirements

Inventory management – accuracy, stock categorisation and grading processes

Support LIT Claim & NOCLAIM DBS processes

Billing validation
