Role Overview
Support the delivery of the firm’s reward strategy and programmes. Provide benefit programmes for UK staff and global Partners, and advise on reward and benefits queries.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage monthly benefit reporting, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of benefit information to payroll and vendors.
- Conduct data checks and reconciliations to ensure accurate information is processed and held on HR and vendor systems.
- Reconcile and process vendor invoices; manage partner benefit payment processes and act as first point of contact for partner queries.
- Provide annual benefit recharges and year‑end accruals to finance.
- Support UK staff and global Partner benefit renewals, managing data and liaising with vendors.
- Ongoing management of the Reward Mailbox, answering benefit queries and escalating complex cases.
