Overview of Division/Department

The VP, Rewards Consultant is a senior leader and subject matter expert in Compensation Systems and Projects, responsible for the end-to-end project management, governance, and strategic oversight of the annual compensation review system (HRSoft). This pivotal role acts as the central hub connecting rewards strategy, country and branch‑specific policies, and HR technology to ensure a seamless, accurate and efficient year‑end compensation cycle across the APAC region. This individual will lead through influence, acting as a senior project leader and internal consultant to country and branch HR teams, guiding them through the complexities of the compensation process. The role will also play a key part in the future transition to Workday.
