Job responsibilities

• Monitor and assess athletes' progress, providing constructive feedback and adjustments to training plans.
• Prepare gymnasts for competitions, including choreography, routine development, and mental preparation.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of athletes during training sessions and competitions.
• Collaborate with other coaches and staff to create a cohesive and supportive training environment.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in rhythmic gymnastics to enhance coaching methods.
