About the role

We’re looking for a talented Risk and Compliance Analyst to join our growing Risk, Assurance and Compliance team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in helping the business operate safely and effectively, ensuring we meet our strategic objectives while maintaining strong governance and compliance standards.

In this role, you’ll support the delivery of risk and compliance activities across the Group, providing an up‑to‑date view of enterprise risks and ensuring any gaps are quickly identified and resolved.

What you’ll be doing

• Own and enhance the Group’s compliance testing programme, identifying gaps and driving timely remediation
• Act as a subject matter expert for risk and compliance, partnering with stakeholders across the business
• Maintain and report on the Group’s risk profile
