The role requires strong analytical skills, stakeholder management, and the ability to leverage automation and AI tools for operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Independently
manage and lead client communication , ensuring alignment on deliverables, expectations, and issue resolution
Perform
Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
and define
Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA)
for client-reported issues and escalations
Design and implement
risk controls, monitoring frameworks, and escalation protocols
to proactively mitigate risks
Develop and maintain
dashboards and reports using Excel , and create impactful presentations using PowerPoint for stakeholders
