Qualifications (Required & Preferred) Required: Bachelor's degree or diploma in Law, Risk Management, Compliance, or Governance. Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in a compliance or governance support role within a corporate or regulated industry. Demonstrated ability to manage compliance documentation, governance system, and regulatory reporting. Computer literacy in Microsoft Office, Share Point, and governance tracking tools. Preferred: Postgraduate diploma or certification in Compliance Management or Corporate Governance. Short courses in contract management, POPIA compliance, or King IV/V governance.
