The Risk Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining the organisation's enterprise and operational risk management framework. The role will support the identification, assessment, monitoring, and mitigation of risks across the business while ensuring effective governance, reporting, and control mechanisms.

The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, Compliance, Internal Audit, and Finance teams to strengthen risk management practices and support informed decision-making.

• Develop and maintain the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework.
• Establish and maintain risk registers, risk assessments, and mitigation plans.
• Identify, assess, monitor, and report on operational, financial, regulatory, and strategic risks.
• Develop and monitor Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and risk dashboards.
• Conduct business unit risk assessments and control reviews.
