Job Description

This is a 12-month fixed-term contract.

This role coaches and supports Technology Platforms and change teams to adhere to the Enterprise Risk Management Frameworks and supporting requirements by providing expert first line of defence (1LoD) risk and compliance advice to the first line business.

You’ll partner with Platform Leads, Delivery Leads and Product Owners to strengthen risk maturity, embed effective governance and risk practices, and support the successful delivery of strategic initiatives by coaching teams to effectively manage delivery and delivered risks.

What You’ll Do

• Providing expert risk advice, challenge and guidance to delivery teams, ensuring alignment with the Enterprise Risk Management Framework, delivery governance requirements and risk appetite.
