Job Purpose

Assist with embedding Enterprise Risk Management endeavors within the TIH Group, monitoring and reporting at appropriate levels to mitigate risk. Support risk management procedures such as control assessments, risk appetite monitoring, and risk assessments across the Group. Provide support on Business Continuity. Ensure regulatory compliance with GOI requirements from the Prudential Authority concerning the Risk function. Analyse financial statements of other players in the long and short term insurance industry locally and internationally to draw meaningful conclusions and provide insights.
