Key Responsibilities
Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely following physician orders
Perform routine and ongoing resident assessments and document changes in condition
Monitor vital signs, lab results, and overall resident status
Update and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
Respond promptly to changes in resident condition and initiate appropriate interventions
