Registered Nurse - Home Dialysis

Location: South Burlington, VT

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule: 8-hour day shifts, Monday to Friday; no weekends required.

Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse with home dialysis experience to provide exceptional outpatient care for chronic renal patients. The RN will be responsible for training patients on home dialysis and maintaining their dialysis treatment.

Responsibilities:

• Train patients on home dialysis procedures and equipment.
• Monitor and maintain patient health during home dialysis sessions.
• Utilize Baxter PD cycles and NxStage home hemodialysis machines effectively.
• Provide ongoing support and education for patients and their families.
• Document patient care activities accurately within the Epic electronic system.
