Pride Health is seeking a Home Health Hospice RN for one of our clients in MA! Coverage: Leominster and surrounding towns. Schedule: Days 8am-4:30pm, No On-call. Contract: 3-month contract. Pay Rate: $48-53 per hour Mileage Reimbursement: Y

Duties and Responsibilities

• Oasis Assessment
• Wound Care, Catheter Care, Labs
• Disease Process Education, Medication Education, Picc Line Care and Education
• Lpn And Aide Supervisory Visits
• Team Case Conference Meetings.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Current active RN license
• BLS
• HCHB experience is a plus
