RN Hospice Weekend Clinical Manager

Work 24hrs/wk / Paid 32hrs/wk
This position is accountable for ongoing planning, organization, direction, evaluation and safe delivery of high-quality care to adult, geriatric, pediatric, and neonatal clients in accordance with Policies and Procedures, State and Federal Regulations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
+ Accepts appropriate referrals to the agency. Assigns qualified professional personnel to meet the needs of the adult, geriatric, pediatric, and neonatal client referred. In conjunction with clinical staff, prepares on-call schedules, plans and organizes daily assignments including the review and assignment of new patient referrals.
