Floating Policy: All staff (including Travel RNs) are required to float as needed for critical staffing needs in Med-Surg or ED
Patient Experience Requirements: AIDET, BSSR (Bedside shift report), Press Ganey goals 75%
Certifications: Chest Pain Center, Stroke Accreditation
Requested Skill Set: Must have: ICU experience (2 years), Teamwork skills, New Grad RN support
Advanced Skills Needed: Ventilator, IV Drip titration, Arterial Line management
