This position requires relocation to Abu Dhabi and is available to New Graduate Nurses trained in the United States.
The innovative structure of the program allows for a smooth transition to the clinical setting through a robust general orientation program which includes 16 weeks of a 1:1 preceptorship opportunity for a 1:1 voluntary and informal mentorship journey simulation experiences and professional development courses/sessions.
December 2024 and May 2025 New Graduates with a BSN from an accredited school of nursing program and have less than 6 months of professional nursing experience in a hospital setting.
