NICU Registered Nurse

We are seeking a dedicated NICU Registered Nurse to join our team. This position involves providing exceptional care for neonates and infants in a Level III NICU that can accommodate preterm patients as low as 22-23 weeks gestation. The NICU RN will participate in high-risk deliveries and manage a variety of respiratory support systems for our diverse patient population.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for critically ill neonates in the NICU.
• Attend and support high-risk deliveries; manage respiratory support including HFNC, BCPAP, and ventilation systems.
• Perform various nursing activities such as administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and managing intravenous therapies.
• Engage in supportive practices for breastfeeding and family education.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including physical therapy, respiratory services, and pharmacy.
