Job Description

The role requires advanced clinical competence, sound judgement, and the ability to coordinate holistic care within a multi‑disciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing expert assessment, planning and implementation of specialised nursing care.
- Acting as a clinical resource and patient advocate to ensure safe, high‑quality outcomes.
- Leading emergency interventions and maintaining best‑practice standards.
- Supporting continuous training, mentoring and professional development within the unit.
