ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Assists the Director of Nursing in organizing and directing the day-to-day functions of the licensed and unlicensed nursing staff (personnel and administrative etc.).Admits, discharges and transfers patients as requested.Documentation and billing supplies used.Sends patients to the hospital as necessary.Knowledge of procedures to follow if unable to reach physician.Develops work assignments for unlicensed staff.Makes compliance rounds and reporting any ...
