About the Role We are looking for Road Inspectors to support a government project involving inspection of roads and road-related facilities using AI and video analytics systems.
The role involves conducting inspections on live roads, identifying defects, and ensuring timely reporting for maintenance actions.
Key Responsibilities - Conduct road inspections using designated inspection vehicles
- Identify defects such as: Potholes, cracks, damaged kerbs, manholes, Faded road markings, guardrails, signage issues
- Capture clear photos/videos of defects with location tagging
- Validate AI-detected defects and ensure reporting accuracy
- Classify defects (urgent / non-urgent) and elevate accordingly
- Assist in emergency situations and implement on-site safety measures
