Job Description
- Responsible for overall assembly process at Roadm product lines (ACD and NSD) from Fuzhou, as well as on the operation of the new Chemical Pretreatment Room.
- To assist engineers to maintain process and quality standard, procedures and control plan
- To assist engineers in engineering builds, activities and data collection.
- Monitoring line processes, improving quality and updating process instructions and documentation
- Support in assembly manufacturing documentation like Process specifications, visual aids, manufacturing routes and work instructions
- To provide the necessary engineering support and coordination of pilot build to ensure that new assemblies are completed on time and with minimum resources.
- Identify and quantifies quality problems with materials and / or processes and provide solutions
- Responsible for process and product yields of the mechanical assembly and test process.
