The Roadside Assistance Manager serves as the strategic lead for operational success, with a focus on driving outcomes through strong client partnerships and cross-functional alignment. This role ensures end-to-end accountability for program success, including alignment with contractual service levels (CSLs), identification of performance trends, and proactive risk mitigation.
