Responsibilities

• Turn strangers into qualified appointments as a Setter.
• Close qualified opportunities into installed, profitable solar and roofing systems as a Closer.
• Own your lane completely, owning the full sales process from lead contact to billing.
• Participate in daily huddles, weekly deep‑dives, and one‑on‑one coaching.
