The Role: We are seeking an experienced Roofing Site Manager to lead roofing upgrade projects across social housing properties in South Devon and Exeter. You will oversee works on both void and occupied properties, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. This is a hands‑on role requiring strong leadership, organisation, and expertise in roofing and refurbishment works.
