Job Description
• Inspections & Repairs: Locate, diagnose, and repair leaks, defects, and damage on commercial roofs.
• System Knowledge: Expertly work with EPDM, PVC, TPO, BUR, and metal roofing systems.
• Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance, such as cleaning drains, gutters, and sealing penetrations.
• Documentation: Complete detailed work orders, take job photos, and estimate materials/labor.
Safety Compliance: Adhere to all company and OSHA safety regulations, including fall protection.
• Customer Service: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, explaining repairs and, when needed, selling additional services.
