Job Overview
The role will be responsible primarily for primary distribution risk management, live route tracking, and execution management. Additionally, the role will support secondary distribution business units.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Daily, live execution management of all routes for assigned Business Unit (BU).
- Route Execution & Tracking:
- Live visibility and tracking of all routes within the BU on Cella Track.
- Tracking and investigation of all “Late” routes.
- Tracking Route Compliance, Planned vs Actual KM, and Planned vs Actual TAT.
Alert & Exception Management: - Managing risk alerts.
- Acknowledgment & resolution of alert pop-ups on Cella for applicable BU.
- Driver communication and relationship management.
- Driving corrective action with drivers.
- Ensuring correct escalation processes are being followed.
